Questions are the stepping stones of your journey. You can have as many or as few as you like.
We recommend adding up to four answers for each of your questions, making sure there’s a suitable choice for every user.
Each answer will link to either your next question or a result, depending on how long you want the experience to be.
Every answer creates a new branch of the journey tree. That means you’ll need to create multiple versions of any subsequent questions to ensure that the user is following that same branch through to the end. You can check your progress at any time by clicking preview at the top of the page.
The end of each branch culminates in a unique result, aggregating the answers of every question. So make sure to address all of the user’s choices in the results and any text associated with it.
