The Cedato platform provides you with a simple web-based SaaS interface that runs in any standard browser. The Cedato platform enables you to define, configure, monitor, analyze and optimize every aspect of the service.
Cedato provides you with:
- The URL for accessing your Cedato platform.
- A predefined account (seat) in the system.
- The username and password for accessing it. If needed, you can ask your Technical Customer Success Manager (TCSM) to define additional users. All users have the same permissions.
