Showing/Hiding Report Columns

For easier viewing, you can determine which columns are displayed in a report.

To add or remove columns from a report, click the /helpdesk/attachments/101011300665 icon and then click a column name to add or remove it from the report.

To add all available columns to a report, click the /helpdesk/attachments/101011300665 icon and then select Show All.
