CMPs Vendor Approval Requirements

IMPORTANT: In order to fully monetize your EU traffic revenue, it is essential that all demand partners are properly approved within your Consent Management Platform (CMP).

To maintain compliance with GDPR and the IAB Transparency and Consent Framework (TCF), we ask that you verify that your CMP configuration includes EX.CO, as well as all other relevant vendors - both your demand partners and EX.CO's - used in connection with our activity. This will ensure that user consent is properly collected, stored, and transmitted, and that all vendors participating in the ad-serving chain are correctly declared and disclosed to users.

Additionally, please refresh your CMP message to include all newly added vendors, to ensure proper consent updates for users who haven’t yet received the latest vendor configuration.

This simple task is crucial to ensure seamless GDPR compliance and to allow all demand sources to perform at their highest potential.

Action Required: Please ensure that the vendors listed below are included and approved in your CMP configurations in addition to your demand partners and vendors.

Here’s what you need to do:

1. Access your Consent Management Platform (CMP) settings.
2. Navigate to "Vendor Management" or "Approved Vendors" section.
3. Search for each vendor listed below by their Company Name or ID below. If using a custom vendor list, please manually add these vendors.
4. Mark each vendor as "Approved" or "Active." 
5. Save and publish the updated CMP settings.
6. Update the CMP message to users to include all vendors. 

7. Notify your EX.CO account manager that it has been completed.
