Begin by selecting the specific period you want to analyze. This sets the temporal boundaries for your report.
Verify timezone settings:
Ensure that the timezone setting matches your local timezone or the one relevant for your analysis. This ensures accuracy in the timing of events or data in your report.
Select and order dimensions:
Use the dimension selector dropdown to choose the dimensions you want to include in your report. Arrange them in the order you prefer, as this will dictate how your data is organized and displayed.
Select and order metrics:
Similarly, choose the metrics you want to analyze from the metric selector dropdown. Arrange these metrics in your desired order for clarity in analysis.
Filter dimensions and metrics:
Before executing your query, you have the option to filter each dimension or metric. This allows you to narrow down your data to specific aspects you’re interested in.
Sort Your data (optional):
You can also choose to sort your data in a particular order. This sorting can be done before running your query and helps in organizing your report’s findings more effectively.
Run your report:
Once you're satisfied with the settings, go ahead and run your report. This will generate the analysis based on the criteria you've set.
