Q: Are accessibility and captions features available on the current player?

A: Yes, closed captions are available on our current player. If a video feed includes a closed captions file, the captions button will appear on the player. We support both CC file formats.

Note that you need to enable the CC option on the player for it to function and display captions when available.

Q: How can I gain access to data on revenue generated from MRSS videos provided by content partners?

A: Providers and producers can be tagged from the MRSS feed, allowing revenue to be attributed to them. To access this data, ensure that these fields are included when creating the MRSS feed so we can properly collect and attribute the information from your XML feed.

Q: How can a publisher add a new domain?

A: A publisher can add a new domain by going to the Domains page and clicking the "Add New Domain" button.
