What is multiple customer management (MCM)?
To create a more effective and transparent environment for both parties, Google is replacing the SPM process with Multiple Customer Management (MCM).
In addition to the capabilities given via SPM, the MCM also clearly defines the authorization level of the Parent Publisher (i.e., EX.CO) with the Child Publisher (i.e., you, our partner).
What are the benefits of the Google MCM program?

How to set up MCM in Google Ad Manager with an existing account

How to set up MCM with EX.CO Without a Google Ad Manager Account
- Send your Account Manager the email address you want to be associated with the GAM account.Then you will receive this email invitation in the format of the screenshot above.
- Click on the "view request" buttonThe access is only to our video inventory activity. No other access or permission is given.
- You will be asked to create a Google account with the email address you sent the invitation to:
- Select your billing country:
- Review and accept Terms & Conditions:
- Enter information:
- Enter network settings:
- Enter phone number to verify the account:
- *Make sure to click "Send"
- That's it! The account is sent to Google for their review.
