1. Initiation:
   • The migration is conducted in one full sweep.
   • Provide an endpoint from your existing hosting solution to access the library, tags, and complete taxonomy.
2. Migration and Reporting:
   • Post-migration, you'll receive a detailed report on the results.
3. Video ID Alignment:
   • Post-migration, EX.CO provides a list matching EX.CO video IDs with your current OVP video IDs.
   • Options for alignment:
     • The client aligns all video IDs to EX.CO IDs in their CMS and DB.
     • EX.CO handles and supports the alignment of migrated current OVP IDs.
4. Dual-Upload Period:
   • Integrate EX.CO's content management API with your CMS. (Optional, depending on the content management and selected upload method by the publisher)
   • During the transition, upload new videos to both EX.CO and current OVP for a 1:1 match until the launch date.
